All potential 2024 and 2025 SouthStars SC players must register for tryouts online. Note, all players must attend at least one regular or supplemental tryout to be included on the final 2024/2025 roster.
Tryouts for birth years 2016 through 2014 are Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14 at 6pm. Tryouts for all birth years 2013 through 2011 are Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 at 6pm. Please plan to arrive at 5:30pm to get checked in and on your field. Supplemental tryouts will be held on an as needed basis, please email tryouts@SouthStarsSC.com to arrange a supplemental tryout.
When selecting the default age group is the standard. You only need to change it in the case of the player is playing up in an older age group. Below is the age group break down.
U9 - Players born in 2016 and earlier
U10 - Players born in 2015 or players born in 2016 and playing up
U11 - Players born in 2014 or players born in 2015 and playing up
U12 - Players born in 2013 or players born in 2014 and playing up
U13 - Players born in 2012 or players born in 2013 and playing up
U14 - Players born in 2011 or players born in 2012 and playing up
